Debra Guerrero is the Chief Operating Officer of Pembroke Realty Group, overseeing the Commercial and Residential Property Management Division. She joined Pembroke’s commercial property management team in 1984 and has played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s management portfolio over the past 40+ years. Debra was instrumental in the formation of Pembroke Mechanical Group. Her extensive experience in building operations provides the expertise needed to successfully run a mechanical company, while her deep understanding of maintenance and the importance of properly maintaining building systems ensures that Pembroke Mechanical Group delivers the high level of service expected in the industry. This strategic approach allows the company to stand out from the competition. Debra holds an Associate Broker’s License and is an active member of Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMI), and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
