Pembroke Realty Group has a legacy dating back to 1955. For more than 67 years, company principals Frederick Napolitano and the late Richard Olivieri have played a pivotal role in developing over 2 million square feet of commercial properties, including office buildings, office parks, and shopping centers. Today, Pembroke manages more than 2.6 million square feet of commercial properties across Hampton Roads and surrounding areas. The company has also built over 13,000 residential units, including single-family homes, apartments, and condominiums, with its homebuilding tradition continuing through affiliations with Terry-Peterson Residential, Napolitano Homes, and Associated Development.
