Ramsay Smith, President, and Principal Broker joined Pembroke in 2003 and has 30+ years of experience in asset management, acquisition, and disposition activities, which includes various single-tenant net leased properties, local strip centers, office buildings, apartment communities and the redevelopment of a regional mall. His experience also includes development planning, financial feasibility and due diligence, budgeting and scheduling and the re-positioning of assets. Ramsay was previously employed with Jones Lang LaSalle as Senior Vice President of Development. He has multiple industry affiliations, including member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for Towne Bank, Vice Chair of the Central Business District Design Review Committee, member of the Royal Order of the Virginia Beach Neptune Festival and member of Virginia Beach Vision.
